What we collect

We collect the profile, contact, qualification, experience, document-availability and work-preference details you provide, together with your resume if uploaded and the date of your application. If you provide Aadhaar or PAN numbers, they are stored encrypted. Authorised administrators can view and export the full numbers; recruiters see masked identifiers. This form asks whether you have a PF account or UAN; it does not request the UAN number.

How we use it

Connecting Talent uses your information to review suitable opportunities and contact you about recruitment. Authorised staff may view your application and download it into an Excel file for recruitment work. A recruiter will discuss a specific opportunity with you before sharing your profile with a prospective employer.

Your choices

You can ask us to correct your information, withdraw your application or delete your details by emailing info@connectingtalent.in or calling +91 8329951546. Providing an application does not guarantee an interview or employment.
