  • Maintaining and implementing statutory compliances: Taking care of all statutory acts in factory act.
  • Proper documentation of all official documents (Factory license, MPCB consent).
  • Maintaining various books like inspector visit book, muster roll, leave with wages book, accident
    book.
  • Taking care of monthly ESIC challan. Enrolling new employee to ESIC.

Liasioning with government official.

  • Taking care of overall activities of PF, PF withdrawal, PF Transfers, PF Chillan’s, ESIC applicability and its compliances, ESIC Declaration & Chillan’s to be submitted timely.
  • Ensuring timely submission of returns under various labour legislations i.e. Factories Act, PF,  and ESIC, etc.
  • Licensing with authorities of PF, ESIC and labour grievances handling officials.

Time office management:-

  • Maintain attendance of employees.
  • Maintain leave card.
  • Salary administration.
  • Maintain overtime register
